Corporate Gold Member
Any incorporated entity whether based in Hong Kong or not, which has a business interest in New Zealand and/or Hong Kong or an interest in the fulfilment of the objectives of the Chamber, may apply to be a Corporate Gold Member. Corporate Gold members are offered additional benefits, reflecting premium status and are recognised as key sponsors of the Chamber.
Annual membership fee for this category is HKD12,000 (effective 1 January 2013) and is payable upon application and then on the anniversary of joining. There is no separate joining Joining Fee. Payment can be made by credit card when submitting the application form.
Corporate Gold Membership Application
Corporate Member
Any incorporated entity whether based in Hong Kong or not, which has a business interest in New Zealand and/or Hong Kong or an interest in the fulfilment of the objectives of the Chamber.
Annual membership fee for this category is HKD6,600 (effective 1 January 2013) and is payable upon application and then on the anniversary of joining. There is currently no separate joining fee.

Corporate Membership Application
Non Profit Organisation Member
Any not-for-profit incorporated organisation whether based in Hong Kong or not, which has an interest in New Zealand and/or Hong Kong or an interest in the fulfilment of the objectives of the Chamber. This category suits charities, university alumni Chambers etc. whose members may also hold Associate membership of the Chamber.
Annual membership fee for this category is nil (effective 1 January 2013). There is no separate joining fee.

Individual Member
Individual Membership is open to the following individuals: New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport and residing in Hong Kong; residents of Hong Kong who hold a valid Hong Kong identity card; any other individual residing in Hong Kong who are employed by companies with an interest in New Zealand or an interest in the fulfilment of the objectives of the Chamber; and any other individual who upon application for membership is found acceptable to the Chamber.
Annual membership fee for this category is HKD880 (effective 1 January 2013) and is payable upon application and then on the anniversary of joining. There is no separate joining fee. Payment can be made by credit card when submitting the application form.

Overseas Member
Overseas Membership is open to the following individuals: New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport and residing outside Hong Kong; non-residents of Hong Kong who hold a valid Hong Kong identity card; any other individual residing outside Hong Kong who are employed by companies with an interest in New Zealand and/or Hong Kong or an interest in the fulfilment of the objectives of the Chamber; and any other individual who upon application for membership is found acceptable to the Chamber.
Annual membership fee for this category is HKD880 (effective 1 January 2013) and is payable upon application and then on the anniversary of joining. There is no separate joining fee. Benefits of Membership (Summary)
- Regular business meetings with guest speakers of interest to members which also creates a forum for networking opportunities. Such activities include the bi-monthly TeamTalkz luncheons and monthly NZCCHKonnect networking cocktails held each third Tuesday of the month.
- Corporate member profiles on website and newsletter. Promotional advertising by arrangement to members and guest readers of our weekly newsletter.
- Trade and business education missions to the People's Republic of China. Mainly focussed on the Pearl River Delta region (including the Canton Fair), these visits give members a first hand opportunity to research the growth and oppountities of trade and investment in the region.
- A listing in the Membership Directory. For Corporate Gold and Corporate members, we detail each member on our website, with links.
- A regular newsletter “eNews” in which members may advertise or contribute articles, keeping you up-to-date on Chamber activities and with business related news related to the relationship between New Zealand and Hong Kong. eNews is published every Tuesday at 10:30am Hong Kong time. This publication is the Chamber’s primary communication with members.
- Negotiation of targetted promotional activities for Corprate and Corporate Gold members.
- Representation and lobbying to the Hong Kong Government by way of the International Business Committee on issues of concern to the business community (e.g. international schools provision, opening and maintaining bank account issues, free trade etc.).
- Corporate Gold and Corporate members able to work with the Chamber to target tailored promotions and events to Chamber members and guests.
- Opportunities to cooperate with other international chambers in Hong Hong at events such as Connecting People cocktails and Young Professionals’ cocktails.
- As a supporter of KEA (Kiwi Expats Abroad) there’s opportunity to participate in KEA events in the region as they are available.
- Opportunity to contribute to NZCCHK’s mentor scheme to assist new companies setting up in Hong Kong, or to coach existing companies as required.
