New Mechanism for Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Civil and Commercial Judgments between the Courts of Mainland and HKSAR

This Seminar will provide an opportunity to enable an overview of the operation of the new mechanism, the applicable rules and procedures and the safeguards built in the new mechanism. Distinguished speakers will share their expertise and valuable knowledge on how the new mechanism will be applied to specific areas of law such as the law of intellectual property and generally, how the new mechanism will better protect the rights of parties in resolving disputes.
